How WE WORK
The Gill Launch Process (GLP) combines traditional APQP activities and proactive program management. It is a tool that is used to guide
employee actions, inform management, and better enable successful program launches.
Milestone Review:
A major feature of GLP is the use of milestone reviews. Milestone review meetings are used to inform management
of launch readiness at key program stages. Programs that are shown to be red (in trouble based on missing key deliverables)
come to the attention of management in a timely and systematic manner thereby allowing opportunity to resolve
issues early. The milestone reviews are called and lead by various members of the launch team depending upon the stage
of the program.
