ENVIRONMENTAL Policy (per ISO 14001:2001 standard)

It is the policy of Gill Industries, Inc. a manufacturing company which produces mechanism type assemblies for the automotive, furniture, and other industries to be a responsible corporate citizen in protecting the environment and the prevention of pollution. In support of this policy, Gill is committed to:

• Meeting and, where possible, exceeding applicable environmental regulatory, legal and other requirements.
• Striving for continual improvement in environmental performance.
• Minimizing the creation of waste, pollution and adverse impacts on the environment.
• Managing processes, materials and people to reduce environmental impacts
  associated with Gill manufacturing activities.

This Environmental Policy Statement applies to Gill Industries manufacturing activities, whether directly or indirectly involved with the manufacture of automotive components. It is communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of Gill and is available to the public.

As an integral part of this Environmental Policy Statement, Gill pledges to implement and operate an ISO 14001 environmental management system that identifies and addresses the significant environmental aspects of plant operations.

Goals are set by the ISO 14001 team and reviewed annually by the undersigned management.

Gill Industries pledges to conduct our business activities in a responsible manner with respect for the environment, health, and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, partners, and community neighbors. This pledge applies to the nature, scale, and environmental impacts of Gill's activities, products, and services.

We are committed to our implemented Environmental Management System, which supports our company's core values. Gill's stated environmental objectives and targets are set by the Environmental team and reviewed annually at a minimum by upper management. This Environmental Policy and the Environmental Team demonstrate our commitment to prevention of pollution and the maintenance and continual improvement of our EMS.

Gill Industries is proud of our policy, which is made available to the public and is communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of the organization. We are committed to compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements as defined by our Environmental Team.
